"The heavens cried," and boy did they ever. Just as we thought all the weird weather this season was over, we experience the worst week ever.

The only silver lining was the standup nature of our guests, a WPO group of intrepid guys who laughed at the endless rain and still managed a few fish. The first days of the week were absolute sodden, then JP Robinson and Lisle Payne boated two snook and two tarpon on Wednesday, John Oster got a tarpon and Deke Welles busted a few bonefish. On their last day of the week the sun poked out just long enough for John to land a nice permit and then it started to rain again.
