Lee Ann Ross, fishing on her own out of Oregon, and Dave Staub doing the same out of Colorado, braved some cold weather but got into the snook.

There wasn't a permit to be seen as a cold front passed through Ascension Bay this week, but as always, that just seemed to turn on the snook fishing. Both Lee Ann and Dave sallied forth each day on their own boats only to return to Kaye's Bar each night and trade stories on the fishing.
