Barrrracuuuuda! Why so many anglers ignore this spectacular gamefish is beyond us. Pound for pound, a big barracuda will have you crying for mercy in no time. And there is no more exciting take in the saltwater world than a ‘cuda that turns on the afterburners in pursuit of your fly. Watch out if you actually land one of these toothy demons; if that impressive set of dentures didn’t cut you off quicker than a guiotine (Note: bring wire leaders!) it can wreak havoc during careless photo ops. Don’t leave The Palometa Club without at least one toothy tale of tangle!
